Did you know that in all the flute method books we've explored this year, there is only one that includes more than one or two illustrations of BIPOC children?! Your read that right: ONE.
By commissioning a #littleflutes illustration, you are contributing to the diversity of the FlutePlay Illustration Library and the future of flute pedagogy worldwide! With your illustration, our “Little Flute Creators” will be able to create resources that showcase inclusive illustrations to inspire, motivate, and encourage all future aspiring flutists!
- an illustration of you or a loved one as a little flutist based on a sample photo and your preferences/special requests
- one digital proof to approve or request refinements
- final files with your illustration as a social square and as a 4x6 print - both for personal use
A PDF with instructions and next steps will be emailed immediately after your purchase is complete. Current turnaround time is approximately 7-10 days but can be faster if material is submitted promptly.
Commissions are limited in quantity and will be available in small batches every month. If commissions are listed as "sold out" please check back later in the month or keep an eye on our Facebook and Instagram stories for updates!
