It is with a heavy heart we said goodbye to our dear friend and FlutePlay colleague Kathy Rogers after her 14-month battle with cancer came to an end this past May. Kathy shared so much light with the world. The love and joy she shared in every part of her being. Her gentle and nurturing approach to teaching little flutes. The spark of creativity she brought to everything she touched. The kindness she always shared freely. The desire to connect and create a supportive and vibrant little flutes community. Words can’t express how thankful I am for the time I had as her friend. She has left a beautiful mark on all of us and will be greatly missed.

Each recipient will receive a Nuvo Jflute along with a subscription to LFM: a #littleflutemagazine and digital copies of all of Kathy's #littleflute games and resources to learn & play with at home. If the recipients don't have a private flute teacher, they will be connected with a #littleflute teacher online or in their area!
Are you a recent #musicgrad, retired music teacher, or a #fluteteacher who wants to learn all about teaching #littleflutists? Applications for our TEACHER scholarships will open on December 12th, 2022.
Each recipient will receive a full scholarship to the FlutePlay Community & Learning Platform as a #littleflutelearner so they can connect and learn with us on #allthingslittleflutes. They will also receive digital copies of Kathy's #littleflute games and resources to use in their #flutestudio and a one-on-one coaching session with FlutePlay creator, Stéphanie Superle!
