Tomislava Karačić Šoljić is a flutist who lives and works in Osijek, Croatia. When she was very young, she imagined that she would be a teacher and that wish came true. She started playing the flute at the age of 10, after visiting the Croatian National Theater where she heard a performance of Bach's Suite in H minor for flute. She graduated in flute at the Academy of Arts in Split, Croatia. She is employed at the Franjo Kuhač Music School in Osijek. Her favorite color is blue. Her favorite cookies are Speculas. Tomislava's wish is for music to reach every child, so in her classes she tries to adapt to the needs of each of her students. Teaching the little ones makes her happy, those hours are full of joy, fun and imagination, and music and flute take them on adventures.
